Me and my family go to this place often and every time that we go in to dine, We have to use the Kiosk and when we do that, no one acknowledges us there so I have To go to the counter and wait an extra 15 minutes for someone to finally acknowledge me and ask for our food and cups. When we get our food and cups half the time we are missing items and I have to go back to the counter and that takes another five or 10 minutes. On the bright side, the food is usually fresh and good.

My husband and I frequently visit this location and we always have to use the kiosks (that never have receipt paper), which is fine, but we always wait 15-30 minutes for our order. The store is obviously understaffed and we have witnessed many customers be “ignored” because no one acknowledges that they’ve come in. On a positive note food is usually decently fresh. Hope they can turn it around.

Went in to order and dine in. They have the dumb kiosk to use. I don’t care to use them because I’m a veteran and they don’t do the 10% off. Waited for the lady to take my order for 10 minutes. I left.

This is the second time now I’ve found a gnat in my food or drink at this place and then they offer to make the food again like I want to each food I know is around gnats and other bugs
