    Brittany working the window was super rude. Got the order wrong even after asking for no cheese twice. Beef was also uncooked.

    They were completely slammed at lunch time and for some reason they are not staffed to handle the amount of business they have here. This location is in a prime area and should always expect to be busy at week day lunch time. Very strange that they seemed completely under prepared to handle the crowds on a Friday at lunch.

    I love Arby's, but man their food is expensive! And there is always a bit of a wait, but food is usually made fresh to order. I haven't met a person there that didn't have a good attitude. We would go more, but can't afford it.
