  The best tasting fast food i’ve ever had😩 I usually have to wait a minute for them to make my food but it’s okay because everything is so fresh and good!! Will be coming back here and recommend trying it if you haven’t already!

  So today I was very disappointed, usually happy with the service. Placed an order for combo of two, one with fries other with Bo rounds they put to orders of the Bo rounds in the bag. I checked and I let them know one should be fries. He asked for the bag back took the order of Bo rounds out which I had never seen before. That should’ve been a red flag and I should’ve just canceled then. Got home and saw he left only 3 Bo rounds in the other bag. This was not okay! Especially cause he made the mistake and unprofessional decision because he was the manager. I called when I got home and didn’t get an answer. But he needs better management skills and leadership cause I don’t think he was supposed to ever take a bag back!!

  So I went here around 7pm .. I ordered #13 Bosize. And 2 regular fries.. simple request. The drive thru was close to empty. It was not busy at all... so I'm thinking I'm getting a good order. Because normally i do. But tonight.. I was handed a medium cup. (Not bosize) and a bag. In the bag was my sandwich a large fry half filled. And I was missing a regular fry.. Smh. Idk if I'll be going back to thos Bojangles.. seems like they slacking.

  Me and my family go to this place often and every time that we go in to dine, We have to use the Kiosk and when we do that, no one acknowledges us there so I have To go to the counter and wait an extra 15 minutes for someone to finally acknowledge me and ask for our food and cups. When we get our food and cups half the time we are missing items and I have to go back to the counter and that takes another five or 10 minutes. On the bright side, the food is usually fresh and good.

  My husband and I frequently visit this location and we always have to use the kiosks (that never have receipt paper), which is fine, but we always wait 15-30 minutes for our order. The store is obviously understaffed and we have witnessed many customers be “ignored” because no one acknowledges that they’ve come in. On a positive note food is usually decently fresh. Hope they can turn it around.
