One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had on 8/20/25 around 6:30 p.m & I will be calling corporate tomorrow! As a former employee I know they take customer reviews serious but for tonight I absolutely had to come leave this 1 star review! Workers are rude & non caring listening to music, talking & dancing while ignoring people. Placed my order online before I arrived, drove 11 minutes & had to stand & wait another 30 minutes just to hear someone say this is _____ order & just slap it on the drive through counter. I said hey thats my order & I’m standing over here at the front counter. No thank you or nothing just a paper bag full of food that was already tearing but thankfully I caught it before it did.

🌮 Taco Bell: Fast Food, Slow Service, and Management That Needs a Mirror 🌮 ⭐️ If you’re looking for a quick bite and a chill experience, this ain’t the Taco Bell to pull into. The food is Taco Bell — you know what you’re signing up for. But what no one signs up for is the attitude problem wearing the title of General Manager. The energy in this location? Hostile. From the second you step in, you can feel it — the stress, the tension, the way employees go silent the second a certain someone enters the room. It’s the kind of atmosphere where nobody’s smiling because they’re afraid to breathe wrong. And it’s not the team’s fault. They’re trying. You can tell. But it’s hard to deliver good service when the person in charge is running the place like a petty dictatorship. The General Manager is clearly in over their head — barking orders, snapping at staff, ignoring guests, and generally giving off the vibe that they’d rather be anywhere else. Spoiler alert: So would the customers. Witnessed several interactions where guests were met with rudeness, eye rolls, or complete indifference. And when employees asked for help or clarification? They got a sigh and a walk-off. That’s not leadership — that’s ego in a headset. And let’s talk consistency. One day your burrito’s wrapped tight, next day it’s half-open and looks like it got stepped on. Ask for sauce? Hope the management hasn’t scared the team so bad they forget how to bag properly. ✨ Bottom line? ✨ This location has a leadership issue, plain and simple. You can feel it. The staff is on edge. The food suffers. The guests feel unwelcome. There are plenty of Taco Bells out there doing it right. This one needs to check its reflection — and maybe corporate needs to check in too.
