  I doordashed & got a vanilla milkshake instead of a strawberry. I went back to get it they said they were out of strawberry shakes & then asked if i wanted something else, asked for a m&m mcflurry & got a oreo instead. Its honestly ridiculous 🤦🤦

  I ordered my food via McDonalds app 10:52 PM, it is now its 11:39PM and I still dont have my order. The black lady at the window was very nice, however on the back end something lack. Why am I able to order curbside, but the restaurant refuses to fulfill. That should be not a choice if the restaurant says they stop doing curbsides at 10PM, as a result I had to wait in line for 15-20 minutes then the order was cold the ice was melted and I am pissed. Finally I gave up when they brought out my order for the 2nd time. The frying was not cooked well, meaning soft. The fish sandwich and soda was nasty as well. I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY, AMY TIME IS VALUABLE . This MCDonald SUCKS!

  This was my first time inside any McDonald's in a long time. I was shocked to see all of the stations set up so you had to look through the various screens in order to place your food order. I guess this is the new trend as I recently experienced the same setup in a Taco Bell. My experience this visit went well! I believe the young lady at the counter was new because she didn't seem to know what to do after I placed my order and didn't receive a printed receipt. One small thing that aggravated me was when I specifically asked for 3 packs of salt and 5 packs of pepper, I received about 5 packs of salt and 3 packs of pepper. As a person who uses pepper more than salt, I've been to several establishments where the staff was willing to give me plenty packs of salt but not pepper.

  What can be said about McDonald's that hasn't already been said...Gotta love it. Wish they would bring back the $1 menu
