She basically told me she did not want to hear what I had to say or offer any kind of help. No skills in public relations. I'm surprised she told me she was a manager. Awful mannerisms. I told her she wasn't listening to me. She smiled and giggled, then asked me to leave because I raised my voice. I did not request a manager but this girl sure did make sure I knew she was. "Appalled " Then she proceeded to call security on me, I did speak with those 2 gentlemen which thank goodness they were very helpful, I continued to do my shopping. The nice gentleman asked me to just stay clear of her which was not a problem at all. I will no longer shop at this store will give heads up to others to ensure if they ever have a problem they will likely need to go above her to explain there needs or concerns. I do see other reviews that mention "manager" Wonder if this is the same person, if so food lion needs to train her better or have her complete proper training to deal with the public as a "manager".

I called the Food Lion at the Mall to confirm this before I drive out there and the representative said that the manager could not be able to answer that question unless I came in the store. In what world does that make sense? So, I asked the representative again, "so, I would have to come in your store to find out if you accept Discover payments?,....just so you can possible tell me no. That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. Can someone tell me the logic to that? Update-the Food Lion located on John Small Ave had a manager there that was more forthcoming and indicated that they would be more than happy to take care of this. Thank you Food Lion on John Small Ave!!
