I called and spoke to Hunter, who said he was a manager. When I told him about it he said he didn’t “know what to say”, to which I replied he could tell me he needs to get off the phone and clean his equipment immediately. He assured me that the equipment gets cleaned nightly, which I would believe had I not ingested CHUNKS OF MOLD, that take weeks to build up and congeal to this amount. Clean your ice dispenser, clean your taps, clean your spouts. Jeopardizing people’s health out of laziness is unacceptable. * I’m updating this to say I called the franchise owner, I emailed corporate, and I called the store itself. No one has reached out after several days. I believe these people don’t care about the health of their customers. There is no accountability for jeopardizing safety. Not only that, but there was no concern about them ripping me off and taking my money in exchange for moldy product.
