They also had the dining area closed when I went, no sign or anything saying why, just had the doors locked.This was in the middle of the day, so it’s not like it was late.

Even though her manager was very rude the time I showed up, she made the issue better with my food. Kalssa gave me everything I needed, she was attentive and knew how to handle the customers and treated me well. She even made light of a very dark situation. But my last point is for the manager there to be trained, on how to talk to people. Because that was unacceptable.
