The reply was your food needs to be fresh . I received my food which was a cajun fillet. I was handed a bag and was told this is your Cajun fillet inside. The bag was a grilled chicken sandwich. My fries were not hot. Seeing other reviews this site needs help from higher up the corporate chain.

I just spent 30 minutes waiting for my boyfriend and my food that he had put in online gave me the confirmation number and everything before I left. Got up there. I'm going to cash. Your lady up front asked me you know what I was waiting on. Said the lady in the Drive-Thru was working on our order. Okay great! No problems then these other people come in who also have online orders and are in a big hurry because they're doordashing food to other people. One of the ladies called out online order and I'm standing right there off to the side at the counter and the people that come in after me don't even question it. They just snatch it up. Then they go to the table and check the food and realize that that's the wrong order because that was my order. So they take it back and then I asked them what's the name on it? Did it happen to be the name on our order and it was. They don't apologize for taking my order or anything. The lady knows the man personally and she goes ahead and makes their order for doordash instead of remaking mine and my boyfriend's order even though we placed it first. Then she acts like she doesn't see me sitting there. So when the other lady is like what was the name on your order again and I told her and then I told her that that couple took my order and then the lady that made the food was like. Oh yeah I just threw that away. Well you should have. Seems how someone else got that food but you should have remade it first. Seems how I was here first and I made the order first. It was placed first but instead you just sit there and act like I'm not there all because you know your little buddy and you go ahead and make his orders.
