BUT I do want to give a special shout out to the young man who brings groceries out.... he's ALWAYS kind, helpful and quick! He also remembers items that I order regularly and if my order is different than the norm for those items, he double checks with me to make sure it's right. I know his parents have to be proud of him!
- DSDavid SamuelDec 1, 20251.0The selection and prices are in line as well as everything else except after their recent remodeling,or current remodeling,the carts are almost all broken or at least need a tune-up.They should move to concrete like the Walmarts have.Im not sure what coating they have on the Walmarts that used to have tile,but at least on Hanes mill Rd. You can see lines on their floor where the tiles used to be and now they're gone and the carts roll fine.Ive left a few carts in food lion because the wheels skid and it's much faster to walk although you can't get as much so I'd advise food lion to either get a new tile guy or save dramatically on floor maintenance getting rid of the v.c.t..The nonskid in the produce could stay I guess it'd help with the moisture but the rest,pass the savings on to us please and thanks!!
