One worker had an attitude after making a mistake with my order, giving it to another person and just pushed the bag towards me on the counter after the customer brought it back in the store. protocol is to make it fresh. Not going back during the day unless they are retrained or new staff.

The food is always hot, made with care, and the voices in the drive thru are always friendly. They have never missed napkins or my fire sauce. Job well done!

They accidentally messed up on my burrito and when I told them, they instantly apologized, showed empathy, remade my burrito, and gave me a card for a free taco. Most places don't own up to their mistakes, but taco bell did! I definitely view them in a more positive light than all other fast food restaurants now.
