  I made an Mobile Order thru the app and when I got there they were closed. They were supposed to close at 11:30pm and I got there at 11:06pm

  I look forward to my coffee every day. It's one thing that makes me happy. I usually eat cheap breakfast since I started a business last year and have ran out of runway so money is very scarce for me, but today I splurged and got myself a Sheetz casadilla and planned on getting my iced coffee at McDonald's. I ordered an iced mocha coffee at this McDonald's. I usually get a large iced caramel coffee with a shot of espresso so I was surprised to see the mocha was twice as expensive. The price isn't a big deal, but how the order was prepared is what genuinely triggered my clinical depression and ruined my entire day. I was given a medium iced mocha with no ice. I ordered a large iced mocha with light ice and a shot of espresso. I asked them if this was a medium and they reassured me it was a large, even though I was almost certain it was a medium. I have severe anxiety, so it was already a lot for me to confront them and ask if it was a medium. After I left and finished my coffee, I examined the cup and it was indeed a medium cup for iced coffee. There was also no ice in it, so it quickly got warm, and it also had no "coffee taste" even though i paid for an extra shot of espresso. This order turned my special and fun day into a sad and depressing day. It sounds silly but even if McDonald's gave me $10,000 that wouldn't make up for the mental pain this put me in.

  Slowest fast food joint, ever. After you finally get to the window, you will always be pulled into a parking spot and asked to wait another 5-10 min for them to walk out with your food. They have no idea how to prep food efficiently. Fries are soggy/gross about half the time.
