Inside was very disorganized with no instructions on how to pick up online orders and customers just standing everywhere. After I got home with the food and opened the bag, half the order was not even in the bag. Called the store and they acted like they didn't even care at all. After I went back to get the other half of my order there was no sauces on the burger at all and it was made incorrectly. I will never go back to this location and I suggest nobody else go here either.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
