    Burger is often cold, usually they’re out of ice or something from week to week, staff hates their lives. Really not worth spending my lunch or any other money there because it’s a waste of time and money.

    Honestly if I could, I'd give no stars! This place used to be good, now it's gone to the dumps! One weekend my partner and I took the kiddos to eat there we placed our order, payed for it then realized they didn't put in my meal so I had to go back in line to order again. The manager made the casher pick up the slack to fill in the previous orders which took about an hour or more all while I was still waiting to give my order. When my partner and the kiddos meals were "ready" there were more items missing from the bag! It took the casher even longer to get it right. By the time I got my order in and waited for it to be ready, my partner and the kids already finished their food. They had to wait for me to eat before we left! I was stupid enough to order from Uber tonight to give it the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe it was just a bad day for the employees that weekend and they still get the order wrong! Uber only gave me $5 back for two combo meals that were missing items out of the three combos I ordered. I'm telling you guys, don't order from this place! This is ridiculous.

    For some reason the food is coming out cold. Why would anyone want a cold dry burger. I come here each time it’s something wrong or the food is nasty and cold. Today is my last time at this location lol any other Wendy’s is good except this one

    Absolutely awful service, I waited 30 minutes to get my mobile order from drive thru. Then when I got up to the window, they tried to give a regular dr pepper to my diabetic son. When I had ordered a diet dr pepper for him, only to be told that they had nothing diet. And last, when I finally got home and opened my bag part of my order was missing.
