If at all given the chance, visit her sister location in Gateway Commons; their service is excellent and they have never once messed up my order. This Taco Bell, however, is a different story. My order is always incorrect, my cinnamon twists are typically bottom of the bag crumbs that taste like cleaning chemicals, and their Baja blast mix is never done correctly. When going inside to order, you are guaranteed a 20 minute wait every time, no matter if you are the only one there. Their bad service is so consistent that my friends and I have a running joke that whenever something is not up to par “it must be from the Main Street Taco Bell.” Save your money and your time and drive the extra five minutes to Gateway Commons- you will not be disappointed.
