Food took over an hour from when the tracker said it was out for delivery to get to us when we are 8 minutes away from the restaurant. Food came to us ice cold and the boxes were crushed like someone had run over them. The chicken bites had absolutely no seasoning on it and the food was literally terrible, like 5 day old stale pizza. I was put on hold at the restaurant for over 20 minutes finally giving up and no calls were returned or emails to my reach out to customer service. We have so many pizza options in this area and I highly suggest going to any other one before giving coming here.

Then it changed to we have them but it will be a very very very long wait. Girl helping had an awful attitude and refused to get the manager at first. Manager finally came over and did nothing to try to make it right. Wasted a whole trip and left with no food. This pizza hut seems to have major management issues. You've been warned.

Also my order had a second pizza which was supreme. They handed me an empty box on top of the other pizza. If I haven’t looked I would have walked out missing a pizza completely. They told me the supreme would be 5 more min. This place is very unorganized
