  We usually order from this store when we get a pizza but not anymore. I can't have a lot of tomato sauce so I ordered one pizza with light sauce and the other with regular sauce but the other pizza was with Alfredo sauce. So they switched my order completely light Alfredo sauce and then normal sauce on the regular pizza. Not only that the pizza was overcooked it looked like it like it had been reheated in the oven and even tasted that way because the chicken on the alfredo pizza was hard like rocks. And with the prices they're charging for their pizza now they can't afford it to be doing this kind of thing. It could also be that an employee hates the customers and his job. I mean if you don't like your job just quit there's no need to sabotage the business like this.

  They ran out of dough, their entire business revolves around dough. They were probably just lying about why the food wasn’t ready. But seriously you guys suck, I hadn’t visited a Papa John’s in years and now I imagine I won’t again.

  Food was wrong, and customer service was greatly lacking. To the point that the manager called my husband back to argue, telling him he must of ordered the pizzas wrong and not that they messed up.

  Light on sauce, well done, half pepperoni NY style pizza. After the first pizza apparently “had a hole in the middle”, waiting an extra 20 minutes, I ended up with a pizza with extra sauce, extra cheese, no crust and raw. Stay away. Far far away.
