It would be fine if the were out and just told me beforehand, I can drink it with no drizzle, but the fact today I got 2 (one for me one for my mom) and one had a drizzle and the other didnt is what annoyed me! I even told the person in the drive through “hey, does this have a drizzle?” As I clearly saw NO DRIZZLE and she didn’t even glance at it before saying “yeah” and turning away. Unless your now mixing in the drizzle in only some of your mocha frappes, you need to retrain your workers.
