I pulled around and spoke with the lady in the drive-thru and provided her with my mobile code. She nodded and she told me to pull to the second window. When I got to the second window, I was given the incorrect order. Then the first older, hispanic, lady with dark hair that I originally spoke to came to the second window and yelled at me. I was appalled. She blamed me for receiving the wrong order even though I provided her with my mobile code. I ended up driving off and based off this experience, I will never return to this location. This wasn’t even my first time visiting this location. I always have to check my food before I pull off, because they seem to forget items on several occasions. Avoid this location if you value customer service.
