  This was my first experience at this location and I ordered ahead on the app to go. Totally skimped on turkey for a giant turkey tom and not only was the turkey skimped on- there was no provolone at all. Really disappointed, I won’t be stopping at this location again.

  Super helpful and friendly. The people working here are obviously trying hard to deliver good service. The person in front was taking a very long time (which was okay) so the sandwich maker made an effort to get started making my order. I saw them explaining things, doing extra to go the extra mile. And of course the sammies are my favorite. I will be back!

  When my wife complains about the amount of meat on a sub you know it’s bad. My turkey sub was essentially a veggie sub as was my wife’s sub. I understand watching costs but come on. These subs were $10 or more. Put some meat on them! Our experience was not a good one. Staff were friendly. Place was clean. Chips and tea were good. But if you severely skimp on the meat all that is a waste. JJ you’re better than that. I know b/c I’ve eaten at plenty of your establishments. Hope this was a one off.

  No wonder this location has five stars! I’ve never had an experience at a Jimmy John’s like I had at the one here off Rogers Road. We were assisted by Daniel and Savannah. Daniel greeted us with customer service that was out of this world. He was hospitable and very kind. He made sure we knew everything that we needed before placing our order. Daniel even took the sign to upsell us on different items that Jimmy John’s offered that we never knew anything about. Savannah was very kind. She took the time to meet and greet with our kids. Both employees were a rock stars giving us an experience. We’ve never received that at Jimmy John’s before. We can’t wait to return.

  This brand new JJ is actually great. I've stopped a few times and each staff member seems very happy, polite and basically the way you hope you get treated at a fast food establishment. Good food and great attitudes.
