Came at 12:30pm on a Friday and they were not opened. A gentleman came out to tell me that they just got there and not ready to serve.

Why are you towing O2 Fitness customers when your business is closed? Alienating hundreds of potential customers can be detrimental to your business.

This Five Guys left there ordering app on for customers to be able to place their order and then closed before 9 PM. They were to stay open till 10 PM. When you arrive they say they will refund the money the next day. Jed who works there was unapologetic and just rushing the workers to hurry and close. When asked who in management I could contact the only name he gave was Iesha Regional Operations Manager, no last name. He then proceeded to say the owner lives in South Carolina and could not assist me. All the other five guys in the area turned off their ordering. Not wake Forest they kept it open so people could continue to order drive to the store and be met with a note on the door. Customer service is dead. Will not return and advising everyone to not visit this location. Unprofessionalism, maybe they should take a page out of chick-fil-A and treat customers better.

Extremely disappointed! They were supposed to have a boho to celebrate them being in business 40 years. Tried repeatedly to order on line but they shut it off at 3 p.m. Tried calling order in but they wouldn't answer the phone. Drove there only to be told you could only get the bogo on line and they had shut that down with no explanation. That is the LAST time I visit Five Guys!

I put in an order on the way to one of my grandfather's appointments at a local doctor in Wake Forest. It took us a little longer than usual to get to location due to ice on the roads. When I picked up my order, the gentleman behind the counter told me to give him a minute to replace my fries because they'd been sitting too long. I really appreciate this level of service. Their restaurant was clean, bathrooms clean, and friendly staff. Great Five Guys location!
