I got settled at work took a sip of my tea and immediately spit it out because whatever was put in the tea had curdled/coagulated.

The lady behind the counter cut the lights off when I had already walked inside the store and there was another customer inside sitting down on their laptop this was very unprofessional and the store shouldn’t have their hours set for 7pm if they close the store earlier than that.

When she gave me $5 back I was confused thinking she gave it to me on Accident and not wanting her register to be short I returned it to her only taking the change. Only to realize that I accidentally handed her a $50 bill and once I noticed they were already closed. I’m extremely disappointed at the lack of integrity and the fact that she essentially stole from me. $50 for one hot cocoa is wilddddd. Edit : the manager Abby handled the situation promptly and returned my money to me. Very greatful for the great management!
