It’s really frustrating to show up before closing time and not be able to get inside. If the store is going to close early, the hours should be updated so customers aren’t inconvenienced.
- JPJames Pierce3 days ago3.0Let me tell you what they’re out of greeting you when you come in to the store, napkins, receipt paper to get a verified receipt. When we came in the store we were ignored for several minutes and then asked to use the kiosk. After attempting an order not finding milk or water asked for help. The clerk took our order and found out that they charge for tap $0.25 btw they had no bottled water. I decided to pay for tap because I didn’t want a coffee since it was 1pm. I will say our food was very hot and tasted good.

I went through the drive-thru and received an iced coffee that was very bitter, which has unfortunately been a recurring issue here. I asked that the drink be remade, but instead, the employee took the cup with my straw still in it and simply added more cream. This is unsanitary and unacceptable. When I requested that the drink be properly remade, I was met with a poor attitude from the staff. In addition, the interior of the store was noticeably dirty, and the display cases where the donuts are kept were in need of cleaning. I am unsure if the owner or management is aware of these ongoing issues, but this location clearly requires immediate attention.
