This place definitely needs better manager or should be shut down! I went through the drive thru and placed an order for a tropical blizzard with pineapple, bananas, chopped pecans or walnuts and no coconut. The girl taking my order said they didn’t have walnuts, only peanuts and pecans, so I told her, chopped pecans.
I had to repeat my order at least 3-4 times.
Went to the window and asked to see the medium size vs large and I chose the large size for $7.90.
She gave me the blizzard, and behold, there were chopped peanuts in the blizzard!!! I went right back through the drive thru and told her that they put chopped peanuts in the blizzard instead of chopped pecans as requested. She said, “We’re out of pecans, don’t have any. Only peanuts.
I told her I didn’t want peanuts, I wouldn’t have gotten it if no pecans!!!
She wasn’t truthful about what they had in stock!
I requested refund. Manager asked if I had a receipt and I said no, the girl asked me if I wanted a receipt and I told her no, I didn’t need a receipt. Never have had to have a receipt before at other locations because I’ve never had a problem with other locations.
Manager ask how much did I pay, I said $7+ some change. Finally I told the manager I paid for the large size blizzard and gave the girl a $10 bill. Manager gave me a $10 bill back as refund back after I had to repeat myself 3 times.
Then I asked for a medium blizzard without the nuts and the girl said it’d be $7.90. I said the large size was $7.90, the medium should be less and she said it’s because of the nuts…I wasn’t getting nuts, hello???
These ppl don’t listen to what the customer is saying and what the deal with the prices???
They need to shut this place down if they can’t take orders right, listen to the customer, or get their price quotes correct!
They need to get their act together or shut down! Period!!!

Dairy Queen is a refreshing place to visit & enjoy a moment of peace,as you savor a nice meal, drink or delicious ice cream.There's usually heavy traffic around this location, but it's safely within a large parking area. Remember to occasionally treat yourself & family, enjoy your visit.

I have purchased items online through a mobile order for this location twice both times I showed up to pick them up and they were out of ice cream. On December 10 I made a mobile order for only $12. I got there and they don’t have chocolate ice cream and so we were given three expired coupons for small vanilla cones and I was told that my money would be refunded. It’s been a month and every time I reach out to the store they tell me the owner is out of the country and there’s no one else that can help me. I would say go somewhere else.
