Got food at 7:35 while at least a dozen other people walked in, ordered their food, sat, ate, and some already left before many of the pickups even got their orders. We paid the same amount the walk-in customers did, ordered prior to picking up - only to be last on the list for customer service. Employees were not efficient at all from what it appeared. This will be my last Cava for quite some time.

My boyfriend requested double toppings for several items and somehow his bowl was smaller than mine?? His bowl was also missing pita crisps. Our pita bread was cold. They also forgot to add silverware and his sauces. I love CAVA, but I will NOT be returning to this location.

I followed a guy in and she did his bowl order and my two bowl order at the same time, keeping everything straight and had us both checked out in less than five minutes. Efficient, with great customer service! Give this girl a raise and put her in charge of training the newbies.
