We were told that the staff wasn’t allowed to take any walk in orders by their manager. Note: 4 people working and 2 employees sitting in lobby. Plus, 6 customers walked out. No one did the employees make eye contact or knowledge anyone until spoken to after waiting 10 minutes

We didn’t receive any syrup for the French toast, no ketchup or condiment for hashbrowns after specifically asking, and for the straws we got little cute coffee stirrers that is shorter than the cup itself. What a SHAME! I will never be back to the location.
