I ordered using the app and my meals were prepared correctly, quickly and they were delicious. I've never had any issues with the food. The only thing I dont understand is when I add a name to an individual bowl on the order so it's easier to give to the correct person. They never seem to add the name to the dish. It is on the receipt but not on the bowl. Other than that, I am always pleased.

We also wanted purple rice and we were told the same thing. An online order popped up while we were standing there and they managed to find two bowls of purple rice AND prepare a fresh piece of salmon for this order. The girl at the counter told me " I just work here. There's nothing I can do about it." I was shocked at her lack of customer service. I explained to her this was unacceptable. She made no effort to make anything better. She could've at the very least offered us a soft drink on the house or a cookie. The people that work in the front do not care about customer service at all . This is NEW to our neighborhood and it's very disappointing. that the customer service is so POOR. We were very excited about having this place near us.

There was a fly buzzing around inside of my meal when it arrived, so I cannot eat it. I am very disappointed. As someone with a gluten allergy I love ordering from here, but.. its inedible after a fly flew around for 45 minutes.
