- MCMaria CampbellApr 6, 20261.0Me and my friends placed an order and our order got lost while i understand systems crash and mistakes happen they gave my friend a coffee that had been sitting out before our order was even placed insisting it was hers and I told the lady 3 times what my coffee was and the last time she got an attitude with me when I was simply wanting my coffee after waiting over an hour
- SBStephanie BoweMar 16, 20261.0I have been going to this Dunkin location every day for years, and recently the service has been extremely slow to the point of being unacceptable… you need to hire more or better staff, the woman who looks like the manager is always outside smoking cigarettes instead of working I just tried to go to the drive thru 2x today and had to leave both times waiting over 10 minutes with no one taking orders, the other day I got stuck in the middle of the line for 37 minutes (with no exaggeration I timed it)…. Luckily I wasn’t on my way into work. This is an all the time thing now and something needs to change or you will have no customers left
