- KKKaylaMar 18, 20262.0This place used to be good. However the last 3 times I've gone in the morning it's a 20 minute wait in the line despite they're being multiple employees. This is resulting in poor service, cold food and cold drinks. Also, if you're allowing the mobile order but only allowing it for a drive-thru, then employees need to be processing everything in the Drive-Thru in a timely manner. Otherwise, anything that's ordered through the mobile app is not convenient. If they're not able to handle mobile orders and just a drive-thru then they need to re-look at their staffing or shut off the mobile order function. Also the one food item that I had they burnt, despite having that 20 extra minutes.
