  My family and I greatly enjoy Bibibop and were surprised to find one nearby when we traveled the Wake Forest area. 5 stars always for the food...BUT 10 stars for the service we received from this location. Once we were ready for dinner we discovered that our order was incomplete - I called the store and was respectfully heard and treated. The store took steps to make the order correct going above and beyond to keep their brand as a 5-star brand. Great job team Bibibop!!

  Ordered DoorDash and we got a completely wrong order and it looked like shit. We got our money back and will not be ordering again. This place is garbage.

  I stopped in to pick up a late dinner. I selected the Fan Favorite bowl which had chicken, noodles, purple rice, potatoes, roasted broccoli, corn, carrots, cheese and yum yum sauce. I was a little apprehensive but the combo was delicious. I'm undecided on the noodles but the best thing is you can change out ingredients to suit your taste. The staff was kind and helpful. I did have trouble hearing with the kitchen noise but they were patient with me. I was getting this to go but the first thing I noticed was how clean it was inside. The tables were clean. They had little vases of flowers on them which was a nice colorful touch. The customers ahead of me seemed pleased with their orders. A few folks were eating outside since the weather was so nice. Only a couple inside. Again I was there later in the evening. If you are looking for Asian inspired bowls with rice, noodles or greens for your base there are so many options to choose from at Bibibop. If you're unsure what to choose, select a pre-selected combination and try it. The portion is plentiful for a large meal or for leftovers. I also tried their passion fruit lemonade which was quite tasty. This restaurant is gluten free certified so that's another big plus.

  My food was great and the restaurant was clean. I can’t complain at all. Nice sized relatively healthy meal for under $13 out the door.

  UPDATE: Taking this down to 1 star now. Despite the politically correct response from the owner of BIBIBOP, nothing has changed. Went back today in hopes that it would be different, and because my options as someone who is strictly dairy and gluten free are limited, and it was the same awful experience. Lemonade out of stock again, told it would be a 10 minute wait. No one understood English and messed up my order as a result. The honey citrus kale has NO honey citrus anything in it, it’s plain kale. The broccoli is not roasted. My cucumber pieces are not even cut all the way through (see picture.) Potatoes are overcooked and dry. They clearly still don’t care about providing good service. So thanks for your canned ChatGPT reply, but don’t bother giving lip service if you aren’t actually going to do anything about the feedback. I really loved this place when it first opened. The service was great then, people greeted you and smiled. Now, you’re lucky if they even take your order within 5 minutes because they’re so focused on the to go orders that they can’t be bothered to acknowledge the actual humans in front of them. Twice this week I have come here (because I love the food and appreciate having healthy gluten free options when life is busy,) and both times have been more disappointing than the previous less than stellar times. Both times they were out of many of their drink options and I was just told “no we are out” by the girl who didn’t even know how to tell me “one minute” for my salmon in English. They were out of at least two meat options, and they were out of receipt tape. This was well after the dinner rush, so there’s no reason why things aren’t restocked. It wasn’t even that busy. Not sure if there’s been a change in management or what, but this place has gone majorly downhill. Super disappointed. Would give one star if the food wasn’t delicious. Service deserves zero stars.
