Unless the customer requests regular size order. Such a creative way to increase your bottom line. Really Wendy’s Owners!!! The young lady at the drive through window told me every drive through order is automatically up charged unless customer request regular size order. She told me everyone that lives in Wadesboro is aware of this increase my bottom line method used by this Wendy’s Restuarant. The meat in my order was not throughly cooked.

I’m 30 minutes away so I placed a phone call to restaurant and when I questioned the worker she hung up on me. What is so hard to fix an order correctly and fill it.

The complaint and this is the only complaint, which is with the 2nd shift leader. This would either be a manager for this shift or just a leader. Either way they lack the moral compass and skills to be in a leadership role. This “entitled- ALL ABOUT ME” aura is nothing short of an embarrassment to such a large Fortune 500 company that holds a IPO. With so many good people looking for a job. This one forgot that having a job is not a right but a Privilege. To close this review. I will not go into the events that took place. Corporate was immediately contacted and have worked swiftly to remove the dead weight. Everyone I was in contact other that “Queen Bee” was delightful.
