  If I'm paying 9$ for just a sandwich...not the fries nor the drink. Why the heck would I pay 50 cent for a sauce. They now charge 50 cent for sauce. Do better Wendy's. That's just ridiculous.

  DO NOT EAT HERE!!! FOOD POISONING BEWARE!!! I was served the most disgusting looking nuggets I’ve ever seen last night. I didn’t realize until I saw THIS one. I had already eaten 3, and I’ve been throwing up for 7 hours now. Can’t call the store cuz phones are disconnected, so will be reaching out to the public this week. Absolutely not.

  I recently attempted to place an order through the drive-through. I wanted the spicy chicken sandwich combo, no lettuce on the sandwich, two scorching hot sauces, a large Coke Zero, and a large fry. I roll up to the window. My order total is $12.58. In the bag is a spicy chicken sandwich. There are no fries. There’s no sauce. They hand me a Coke Zero and basically are ready to send me on my way. I ask where my fries are. They act all flustered, look at the receipt, realize that there were fries with this order. Then I just happen to open up the foil wrapping of my chicken sandwich and notice that there’s lettuce on that, and I go, I asked for no lettuce. Can I see my receipt? They wouldn’t give me my receipt so I could double check, and then they took my sandwich. I ended up leaving because I wasn’t certain what might happen to my sandwich because I sent it back. Everybody there just seems flustered and incapable of doing their jobs. I tried to call to speak to a manager, but it doesn’t even ring through. I’m certain that the number is disconnected. I will be contacting corporate and sending a strongly worded letter because this kind of incompetence at a drive-through window at a Wendy’s in Troutman, when it’s not all that busy, is absolutely uncalled for.
