  I honestly can not say enough good things about the staff here! They all went above and beyond in every aspect.

  Absolutely the skimpiest tacos I’ve ever been served. One of my 4 tacos the insides were in the fold of the wrapper and as you can see is less that a tablespoon full. Taco Bell should be ashamed for even sending this out. Definitely won’t be going back. Fast food industry as a whole has taken a huge dump while raising their prices.

  Most poorly managed place I’ve ever been. 40 minutes for a damn taco meal. Stay away from this place unless you have an hour to kill.. complete joke.. edit to angry rant, kid felt bad who was making my food so it was pretty awesome.. feel bad for good employees working under bad management

  Can’t rate the food. Never received my order. When we walked in, there was no one at the front area by the register, so we waited and waited and waited until finally, my husband caught the eye of one of the workers in the back and asked if someone can take our order please. We stood there for the longest time and we weren’t even acknowledged, even though I know they all saw us.We were instructed to use the kiosk because they said they were short staffed. So we placed our order through the kiosk and opted to pay by cash. We then waited and waited and waited for over an hour. Other People who walked in after us got their food, ate it and left. We finally had to ask for cups so we could at least get our drinks while we waited. When I asked the worker if they had my order and mentioned my name, he said he was busy but he would check on it and never returned. I must say he was the only one in there that was actually working. Everyone else was standing around, talking down to him, and complaining about how busy they were and weren’t getting anything done. Finally, someone came up and said sorry but we have a new person and she must’ve given your food to somebody else which was utter BS. We watched everybody walk in and walk out. They were taking care of the drive-through people before those that were inside the building. We will NEVER return! We eventually told her we want to pay for our drinks but couldn’t wait any longer she said just go. If I could give negative stats I would. The extreme lack of customer service and attitude of all the workers was totally unacceptable. They need a complete overhaul of staff, a thorough cleaning, and training.
