Ive had aweful service before...but to be completely ignored was insane. Also.. there were no costomers in the dining room at 1:20 in the afternoon. Shoulda taken that as a sign .

Ordered a big bacon classic, had 2 massive tomatoes that could’ve easily been 4 nicely sliced tomatoes and 6 slices of cheese, 3 on top, 3 on bottom. Also the burger itself was cold as can be. They also forgot the fries for this meal. We also got a biggie bag with a JBC, the meat on that burger was cold as ice and the amount of mayo on it was atrocious. While missing a medium fry with this order they also forgot the BBQ sauce for the nuggets. This is the first time I’ve ever had an issue with this location, been coming here for over 10 years. I’ll chalk it up to the cook having a bad day and the workers having to work on Christmas, I get it, but you can do better.
