  Came in ordered 2 simple plain Sundaes on the kiosk sat down waited 20 minutes the girl said someone musta took them cause she had been made them nobody came in nor out while we was waiting. Then proceeded to give us 2 melted Sundays with an attitude do better next time

  Pretty much every single time u go here the workers are rude and short with u, smells like weed all the time, about 70% of the time they are gonna get your order wrong, often they give u food that clearly is stale and has been sitting out... horrible McDonald's its actually trash bro dont go

  Went through the drive-thru to get a chocolate milkshake. I'll give you one guess what they told me. Well I'm sure you guessed it right in your head. They didn't have any ice cream. These rundown fast food places have gotten so pathetic. I truly hope that they just shut down at some point and these owners and go under. They don't care about service. They're worth billions of dollars and it's a running joke with their ice cream machine never works

  HORRIFIC customer service!! I used a reward coupon on my app to place an order for curbside. When I got there I entered the spot number but the app malfunctioned and told me to go to drive through and give an employee my order number. It did not give me the option to enter a number. The woman at the drive through was incredibly nasty towards us and said “she won’t get paid” unless I enter my spot number on the app. I repeatedly told her that I tried but the app was malfunctioning. She then proceeded to say that she “wasted enough time on this” and that we were “messing up her drive through times”. Absolutely ridiculous to talk like that in front of customers. Your drive through times mean nothing if your customer service is awful!!

  I visited McDonald’s with my daughter and had a very disappointing experience. The restaurant was busy, and I was asked to pull up to the additional window for my order to be brought out. When my food arrived, I noticed my daughter’s Happy Meal was missing. I tried to tell the employee at the window, but he closed it so quickly that I couldn’t get his attention. I parked and went inside to resolve the issue. After waiting for assistance and showing another employee my receipt, he went to check on my missing item. While doing so, I overheard another staff member who appeared to be a manager loudly say that “people like me lie a lot” and that they hadn’t forgotten any food. This was said within my earshot, and it was both disrespectful and unprofessional. I spoke up and explained how unacceptable it is to call a paying customer a liar especially when I clearly had proof of purchase but everyone suddenly went quiet and ignored me. I left the restaurant feeling disrespected and disappointed. As someone who has worked in customer service and management, I understand how stressful busy shifts can be, but there’s no excuse for publicly insulting a customer or refusing to acknowledge a mistake. I hope this issue is addressed, and that the staff are reminded to treat customers with basic respect and professionalism.
