  The manger this morning (8:30a 01/02/26) was unprofessional. She had an attitude because there was a payment issue at the first window. I was happy to hand over my card again but then I was told to move up to the parking spot, I said “without my card?” Mind you there was nobody in line behind me and nothing to wait for cuz she had my frappe in her hand. Comments like “why didn’t she pay back there” and her shooing me up is why this review is so low. Girl. It’s Mcdonalds. It’s not that deep. Kudos to the young man at the window servicing me tho. He was sweet. Promote him to manager and get rid of ole girl.

  It was horrible my fries was cold and sandwich was not fresh they were not friendly nor apologetic then waited in line so long every one was people got they money back it was horrible night shift horrible except the lady who worked the front desk she was wonderful

  After work was starving. I went through drive thru ordered bacon quarter pounder with cheese combo with a medium carmel frappe and double cb no pickles. Drove to window paid waited and waited. Finally came to window said grill had been cleaned couldn't cook anymore burgers. Also out of Carmel for my frappe. Gave me 2 old dried out double cb ff and a tea. They did apologize and say the girl should not have taken my order. Why wasn't menu on breakfast if they had no more burgers. I was so disappointed. Then to get home and the food isn't even fit for a dog to eat. So I get to go to bed hungry. $20 down the drain. The food they gave me didn't even come close to what I spent. I'll go to Wendy's next time. They did give me coupon for ice cream like that makes up for 20 minute wait for garbage.

  1st window, no greeting, no smile, no receipt. 2nd window. Female “ red hair “no greeting, no repeating order. She seems angry and miserable. No stir for coffee since sugar machine not working , no napkins. After handing my grape jelly that ask for , she did say have a nice day , but so smile . I don’t understand why Mc Donald don’t hire people with good customer service ??? Mostly every Mc Donald’s customer service is bad. Hash brown , soggy not fresh, and cold, breakfast sandwich cold. Also girls with long hair, don’t the company require hair nets or hair being up above the shoulders??? The time was between 9:00 am to 9:30 am since we didn’t get no receipt. This Mc Donald’s is located at 1035 Charlotte Hwy, Troutman NC. This is one of the reason why I stop going to Mc Donald’s.

  Went through the drive through and ordered a double quarter pounder meal. Got home to eat it just to find out that it’s RAW on the inside after I take my first bite. Will never go here again.
