- JZJamesha ZaneDec 3, 20251.0I’m an avid Dunkin purchaser, literally almost every morning. I went this morning and ordered a snakin bacon as I do every outing with my Matcha. Manager came through on the headset and claims there’s a “new Dunkin policy” to where they can’t warm my bacon. When I asked when this “new policy” came into effect they wouldn’t tell me. Instead repeated that they have to serve it room temp and will not be accommodating my requests to warm it

They always get the order wrong and act funny or do something petty like pouring the old coffee into a new cup and acted like it was a new coffee they remade for me. Fire them all, burn it with fire.
- BGBeth GibsonSep 13, 20251.0My order was rung up wrong ( per my receipt) though I was accused of taking someone else order. The sandwich that was " wrong" was also cold. The muffin i paid for wasn't included in my order. I was yelled at by employee very loudly and no the place wasn't busy.
