I ordered delivery and assumed I was going to add my own splenda so I ordered 3. Now my drink is so sweet i cant drink it like this. I will have to mix it now. Sucks hut i still appreciate the service. I was unaware Dunkin does that.

It looks like they one person tries to throw them across the room while another attempts to catch them in the bag. They're always upside-down and pressed into the bag leaving all the icing caked to the bag which even covered in icing is not am enjoyable thing to eat. Will not be returning to this location again. It has happened on numerous occasions and its just not worth spending money here. I'll drive a little further to any of the other locations.

I pulled over to the side followed Instructions. Went back through the line, ordered and then got up to the window with the app and nobody could tell me how to use it. It was an absolutely terrible experience! The first girl at the window had no idea what to do, then the lady who took my order had a complete attitude when all I was doing was following exact instructions on what she had told me to do. I left with nothing and had to drive 15 min down the rd to another place. Staff is not trained well and have stank attitudes. I recommend never going to this Dunkin’ Donuts.
