The AI attendant cuts you off, doesn’t understand your order and just keeps repeating itself. It slows the drive thru line. I kept saying, Breakfast bowl, for example and it did not compute. I had to go in like everyone else. Why not use real employees that are standing there inside with headsets on or test the system more until it works. Just a suggestion.
