- EZErin ZSep 13, 20251.0Pulled up to the drive through at 7:36 pm after driving 20 minutes over and the gentleman told us over the speaker they will not be serving anymore icecream because they already went ahead and cleaned everything up. The car in front of us even ordered icecream. Guess they decided they close before 8. Extremely frustrating, I’ve come here 15 minutes before closing before and never had any issues. Kindly ensure the hours reflect the time food will no longer be served.

Each time we were met with them not having my husband’s favorite ice cream (peanut butter chocolate) or his second favorite (rocky road). We asked the cashier on the fourth visit when would they be getting it back. She informed us that she believed the peanut butter chocolate was discontinued (not true). When we did get our ice cream, it was pretty much milk with a little bit of ice cream. My medium ice cream was filled half way with the shake and then topped half way with whip cream. Their ice cream is way too expensive to not get a cup with half ice cream and half whip cream. Very disappointed!

We stopped by on Sunday September 26, 2021 at 1:30pm to purchase a ice cream cake for my niece. Both lobby doors were locked to avoid customer entrance into the lobby. Finally a staff member came to open the door to tell us that lobby was closed because they were short staffed. I don’t know how when we clearly saw about 5 people inside. We asked him that we wanted a cake and if we could look at them to purchase one. He said we had to drive through the drive thru and they could show us the cakes through the drive thru. Clearly this would create more work for them and made no sense! All we ask for is to look at the cakes and then we could drive through the drive thru to purchase it. Not to mention he was rude and seem to not care. Never coming back here again!

This seems crazy that an ice cream store would shut down all of their ice cream machines an hour and a half before closing time. Thank goodness McDonald’s was open and serving ice cream.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
