    My wife ordered two $9.99 French Dip meat and 3 meal boxes from the drive thru. When she got home and we opened the boxes neither contained the Au Jus for the sandwiches. When I called the restaurant they said they ran out. So I asked how come they didn't let her know they were out when she placed the order. Because being able to dip is the main point of a French Dip. All they said was sorry about that. Would have just gotten the regular roast beef box and saved $2 each if we would have known that's what we were gonna get anyways pretty much.

    Took forever in the drive thru, was on phone with girlfriend and she knew I had been to Troutman because of that, so they must take forever

    Just went through the drive through and the lady who took our order & gave us our order was so nice! She asked us if we needed condiments and made sure our order was complete and even said the cheese sticks just came out and are hot so be careful!
