  Went to drive-thru & took a little bit to get our food. Ordered mozzarella sticks & was not given any dipping sauce

  5 stars for Valerie at Arby’s in Troutman! She was phenomenal while taking our order and made sure we were completely taken care of from start to finish. Her customer service was friendly, attentive, and professional, and she really made the experience stand out. It’s always refreshing to come across someone who genuinely cares about the customers. Valerie did an outstanding job!

  My wife ordered two $9.99 French Dip meat and 3 meal boxes from the drive thru. When she got home and we opened the boxes neither contained the Au Jus for the sandwiches. When I called the restaurant they said they ran out. So I asked how come they didn't let her know they were out when she placed the order. Because being able to dip is the main point of a French Dip. All they said was sorry about that. Would have just gotten the regular roast beef box and saved $2 each if we would have known that's what we were gonna get anyways pretty much.
