  Already been 30 minutes and still no food. If you’re in a hurry or hungry go somewhere else. Other people have been here longer than us and are still waiting on their orders. Only reason I give atmosphere two stars is the other people waiting making comments about waiting.

  Floors are sticky. Everything is dirty. Debris everywhere. Staff can't be bothered to clean even though I counted 8 people back there and you wait at the counter for a while. It is always like this at this location. Please do better.

  Way too negligent on the people in the lobby. They focus most of their attention on the drive through and us lobby people end up having to stand there waiting for over 30 minutes. I even had a pickup once and waited for an entire hour before getting served an order I placed much much earlier before even making my way to the store. Other than that, the food is good. That and my job as a doordasher are the only reasons I still go there.

  I went there today at 1250 pm, I placed a fairly SMALL ORDER, and I was paying cash so after 16 minutes someone took my payment then another 15 minutes passes when someone said they are NOW making my order, there was ONE person ahead of inside when I placed the order and 3 cars in the drive through and it took them 31 minutes TO START MY ORDER, then another 15 minutes to make it, and then on top of it, IT SAT on the counter another 2 minutes before someone brought it too me, ONE thing for sure TACO BELL in thomasville can NEVER BE ACCUSED of being FAST FOOD, so sad
