  Someone steals my online order and I’m told that I can’t get it remade or refunded. Manager says no to the employee. I ask to speak with the manager and I’m not allowed. Terrible customer service. Do not give this company your money. It’s overpriced frozen garbage anyway.

  Arrived after work to get dinner and they are literally out of a lot… no meatballs, no cheeses except for shredded or American, no grilled chicken, only two options for chips & the drink machine literally had signs on all the drinks except maybe 2/3…

  We are new to Thomasville and decided to give Subway another chance. We had to stop using Subway in the town that we came from because the sandwiches were always wrong. Unfortunately, it looks like our Subway ban will still be in effect. I put very few ingredients so my sandwich should be easy. It was completely wrong. It was full of lots of ingredients that I didn’t order. My husband had to drive all the way back to the restaurant to get it remade. He said they did remake the sandwich but no one apologized.
