  Rarely will I ever post reviews. And I always try to give benefit or doubt because everyone has bad days. But this place just took poor customer service to a whole new level. Sat in the drive thru for 35 minutes (we were the 2nd car in line). Finally got to the window and paid for our order of 2 breakfast toasters, an iced coffee, and a refresher. Not a big deal. The guy at the window takes our money, then comes back and says "we're out of green tea for the refresher". Ok no worries. Just give my son something else similar. So he brings us a slushy that was WAY overflowing. So now I'm sticky because it's pouring out the top and sides. Then he stands there staring at me like Ive done something wrong. And asks "what else do you want?". I said I'd like my iced coffee I purchased too. So 5 minutes later this you g girl opens the window and says they are out of coffee too. That's when I had finally had enough. 40 minutes to find out they don't have hardly anything for my order. So I asked for my money back and she just rolled her eyes, closed the window, and walked away. So you expect me to pay for things I didn't receive? And wasted half my morning? I know it was only 20 bucks. But I'll never spend another done here ever again. Sonics it's time to shut this dump down

  Go here if you don't want straws with your drinks (which are flat anyways), and food shoved in the bag carelessly. They put a chilli cheese hotdog in sideways where everything in it slides down the packaging. Poor customer service too

  The place looked run down somewhat. The food was ok. Burgers were cold.

  If you want completely burnt food then go here. I wasted $30 and support won’t refund but they will give me a whole $5 gift card for more burnt food. So generous 🙄

  I’ve seen Thais location in the ups and there downs and I’ve noticed they have a new manager that has been there for a few months now and he’s always there since I’ve noticed he’s been there the employees attitude and their motivation has improved for the best seems like that guy has a good head on his shoulders he is always friendly and respectful when we come in and the Atmosphere is a lot better I no sometimes they run out of food but yall it’s not their fault they are doing a great job with the new manager there
