  All I done was try to call and get information on their buffet. I called twice just to be put on hold. Not even given a single second to ask one simple question. They answered the phone quickly said welcome to pizza hut please hold and sat the phone down. I waited patiently for 5 mins both times, just for them to sit the phone on the table. I could hear all the back ground chatter amongst the workers. My wife even got the same response when she tried to call. We won't be returning, and now remember why we haven't been in a long time now. The service is absolutely poor.

  I asked for half marinade and half basil pesto. I was on the phone with them for awhile making sure they understood what I was saying. Over the phone it was right but when I received my order no pesto in site. Now Noone wants to answer my call from this #. I would have been ok with it being on the side

  Justin is a king. He stayed open a little later than he should of to make our pizza because no other shops were open after a terrible snowstorm. He was smiling, happy to serve, and super kind. Pizza was normal Pizza Hut... just fine in a pinch, but the way we were treated will be remembered. Have him teach customer service for PH all over the globe!

  I normally love pizza hut but tonight they sat there and we ordered are pizza at 10 and when it got here it was after 11 and cold and we called there they put us on hold and no body ever got back to us but we hear them all talking in the background y'all do better before nobody ever comes back to yall truley a upset pizza hut lover

  January 16 2026 ... So i ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and a 2liter Mountain dew this evening , had the worst day of my life so i decided to have pizza ... Service was terrific but as far as my pizza it was absolutely the worst !! Its like my pizza crust underneath was either cooked to long or something the pizza itself was super thin barely crust at all sauce it was ok pepperoni was over done but what i couldn't get past was when id take a bite it was like super hard cardboard crust 🤨 ....for the price i paid i would have thought at least a better 🍕 than what i got ... I literally only ate one slice barely that at all i pretty much only ate the crust stuffed w the cheese ... Threw away the slice !!! I just want a pizza that doesn't taste like a cardboard box or hard rubber !!! And thicker crust too .... Employees and manager had great attitude though , that i do appreciate alot 😊 .... Worst day worst dinner Pizza not even fully cut and where is the CRUST ????
