Their lobby is closed so the protocol is to pick it up from the drive thru instead. However I was told to go to a mobile delivery spot which then took an additional 30 to 40 minutes for the food to get out when they already had it available in the window in the first place before sending me to the mobile spot. I then got docked pay for time consumption on pickup and for the cold food and melted ice cream.
