By the time the customers food got out to me it was cold and the ice cream was entirely melted. They refused to remake it and all that was after they had me go from the drive thru to the mobile pick up spots and wait for over a hour. I almost lost all my pay. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Their lobby is closed so the protocol is to pick it up from the drive thru instead. However I was told to go to a mobile delivery spot which then took an additional 30 to 40 minutes for the food to get out when they already had it available in the window in the first place before sending me to the mobile spot. I then got docked pay for time consumption on pickup and for the cold food and melted ice cream.

Restaurant is disgusting on the inside with flies galore. Useless staff who ignores customers. Im not even sure how this place is even operating tbh.
