- SFStephen FergusonDec 3, 20251.0On December 3rd of 2025 at 6;45 pm they got my mobile app order incorrect, I went through the drive thru to get my order so I pulled into a parking spot and went straight inside where I was told that I already received my food that they didn’t mess up and that I took items out of the bag before I came inside to get free food, the manager and line workers were all involved in smart remarks and jokes about this. The whole crew and manager are completely disrespectful and unprofessional. How can you blame someone for trying to steal on an order that YOU messed up. If I could give less than 1 star I would, this location never gets your order right EVER. Straight trash Taco Bell and straight trash management and straight trash workers. I feel sorry for them.
