- VFVictoria FoeriOct 10, 20255.0I worked with the manager of this location to have ready about 160 sub sandwiches (some with dietary restrictions - lactose intolerance and gluten free) when our marching band completed their first competition of the day. Everything was ready on time, completed as requested, and made easy for us to distribute. All the reviews from our band students, staff and volunteers were positive, subs were delicious! Thanks Subway!!
- DADustin AvantSep 17, 20251.0At approximately 20:48 pm on 09/17/2025 order was placed with 3 employees on duty. The “ kid “ making my sub was so high he couldn’t follow any order requests. After making the statement to him he was so high he just laughed. Stated my order request 4 times and was wrong in the end. After a 13 hr work day I just proceeded. Order was completely wrong. The “Manager/Supervisor “ came and asked what was wrong. Stated order was completely wrong and employees were so high they couldn’t follow simple requests made 4 plus time. Received a thanks and have a good night. Horrible customer service and customer care. Stay home next time and Subway should be ashamed of themselves.
