    I’ve seen Thais location in the ups and there downs and I’ve noticed they have a new manager that has been there for a few months now and he’s always there since I’ve noticed he’s been there the employees attitude and their motivation has improved for the best seems like that guy has a good head on his shoulders he is always friendly and respectful when we come in and the Atmosphere is a lot better I no sometimes they run out of food but yall it’s not their fault they are doing a great job with the new manager there

    I like Sonic food but I think I’m going to have to give it up due to the service. This location gets our order wrong every single time. My husband has driven all the way back to get missing food before. This time he didn’t even bother. He did catch that they didn’t give him his drinks and the employee looked dumbfounded and then said “oh yeah” and handed him one drink. He then had to ask for the second one. When my husband got home, we found that a couple of other items were missing. And like I said, this has happened multiple times. The drive thru is also painfully slow. They actually have a sign up asking for patience so you know that’s a continuing problem. I worked in fast food when I was young. I would have been fired if I didn’t fill orders accurately and if I didn’t try to get people through the drive thru quickly. This is a management problem if qualified employees are not being hired.

    Place is horrible, staff is rude, drink machine is broke, ice cream machine is broke, app for mobile orders don’t work. I see why the place stays empty it needs to close. They make your food wrong even when you tell them multiple times how you want it, go back to get it corrected and they do it wrong again. The night shift is even worse I’ve ate here twice and will never go back I’ll go to high point first

    Order placed with Uber delivery! My heart was set on a strawberry milkshake which I never received and the sweet tea I did not receive. Our food was just left on the porch when they were suppose to meet me at the door, so of course we got cold food. I have tried and tried to call Sonic and you just get a busy signal. Also on the web you were to buy one single get second free and that didn't happen either. I really want my strawberry shake.
