I got home and there was only 9 in the box and they were obviously really old. Went back and asked for 12 fresh pieces. They were fresher but no where near fresh. The girl that brought them out to my car had a nasty nasty stank attitude. If I'm paying right at $40 for a "meal", the least you can do is YOUR JOB! You chose your profession, take pride in serving the public.

Staff were bored and standing around ready to go celebrate new years eve. Just close the store and let your staff go play instead of serving food this dry and old. Family size sides were barely enough for 2 people to get a bite, nevermind a meal. This is my first bad experience at this location so hopefully they will be back on their game by January 2nd!

- CCCarynDec 23, 20251.0My dad bought an 8 piece with biscuits and asked for an UNSWEET iced tea TWICE. The tea was sweet, the chicken was SMALL, and the pieces were weirdly shaped. There was only one breast and the rest were thighs and legs. They did not taste spicy. The pinto beans were super salty. My mom found a piece of foil in her biscuit. So incompetent.
