- JLJunior Long2 days ago2.0I very rarely go to this bojangles, but it is usually not very good when I go. The prices are so high for everything and it never tastes great. In the mornings drive thru is usually forgetting things in my bag and or the biscuits do not taste good. Now they have an AI order taker in the drive thru and it is laughable sometimes because it adds things to the order when you say no. So now you have to be adamant about checking what you ordered. Probably will not go here anymore especially after wasting $10 and only getting a drink. The biscuit was terrible I tossed it, they forgot the bo rounds and the AI ordered me a apple crisp which was also pretty nasty. So beware.

I ordered a Bo-size Bo-round and received fries that had been sitting for who knows how long. The chicken was pink on the inside but it was too dry and chewy to eat it anyway. $40 well wasted and still end up having to cook. You know it’s bad when your kids won’t eat it. This Bojangles is worse than the Spencer, NC one. Really needs new management as the last time I ordered from here, they said it would be five minutes on the bo-rounds. I said I would wait. Waited 15 minutes only to receive fries. Told them I needed Bo-rounds not fries. The manager rules her eyes and tells the cashier to tell me it would be another 10 minutes as if I couldn’t hear her for her to say it to me directly. Get it together Bo-jangles.

I pray I don't get food poisoning from the couple of bites I ate..... absolutely disgusting!!

This time the biscuits we really good but unfortunately they were falling apart and were very difficult to keep the protein inside the biscuit to eat it. We ate it, just had to stop and brush bread crumbs off.
