They never “have sides” past 6pm. It’s a chicken place how do you run out of food at 6pm almost every day. If you don’t have the food don’t accept the order or let the customer know ahead of time so they don’t spend the gas going only to say “We don’t have anything fresh request a refund”

It's gross, filthy, nasty, food is dry and veggies are so dried out it's horrible!! Who do i need to talk to about getting a FULL refund? It's a shame that the manager who meets at the Lexington office and says she has the cleanest restaurant in her area is so deceived!!! If this is what she refers to as a good, clean restaurant I give up on eating out!!! I can't give it a 0 rating but boy I wished I could!!
